What Is Diwali?
Diwali is a five-day Festival Of Lights, honoured by millions in India and across the world. A celebration of new beginnings, Diwali represents the triumph of good over evil and light over darkness. And with loved ones, it’s tradition to honour the festivities with great food.
That’s why, in our Salisbury restaurant, we’re inviting you to celebrate Diwali on November 12th October with an authentic buffet lunch for £24.95 per person!
The Food
All-you-can-eat, our authentic Diwali buffet lunch will be prepared with freshly sourced ingredients from local providers.
Packed with the finest herbs, spices, vegetables, meat and poultry, our chef’s have selected the finest flavours for you to indulge in.
In our buffet, enjoy;
- Chaat: A variety of savory snacks, such as pani puri, bhel puri, and dahi puri
- Curries: A selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian curries, such as butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and vegetable korma
- Biryani: A fragrant rice dish with meat, vegetables, and spices
- Naan: A soft, leavened flatbread cooked in a tandoor oven
- Idly: Steamed rice cakes
- Uttappam: Savory pancakes made from fermented rice and lentil batter
What to expect
On Sunday 12th November, we’ll open our doors for our all-you-can-eat Diwali Buffet lunch at 12pm.
Bookings will be accepted until 9pm, before we close our restaurant at 10pm.
Priced at £24.95 per person, you can book your table any time in between 12pm and 9pm.
